What is the technical condition of the rental bikes?
We only rent out bikes in perfect working condition. All motorcycles are carefully maintained and undergo twice a year ITV (Spanish MOT) inspection.
What type of footrests do the bikes have?
The Dynas are available with footrests brought forward and mid-position, the Electra Glide and Heritage Softail with footboards
Which helmets do you have?
We have open face helmets with and without visor.
Which helmet sizes do you have?
We have from size XXL (63cm) – XS (54cm) in different styles.
DRIVING LICENSE:Do I need a motorcycle license category A for the hire / guided tours?
Yes, in order to drive a motorcycle you may also need a driving license in Spain Class A.
Do I need an international driving license?
No, you need a valid driving license of class A from an EU / European country.
Will any driving license of the EU be accepted?
We accept all valid driving licenses of the EU for the rental. Exceptions can occur on driving licenses which have a different nationality than the country of residence of the holder. These require individual inquiry.
DRIVER:Is there a minimum age for participation as a driver on the guided tours?
Minimum age for guided tours: 21 years + driving license Class A + experience on heavy weight bikes.
By participating our tour, the customer agrees to conform to the group and to act in the interest of the tour guide. On incorrect behavior, alcoholization of the customer or on incorrect handling of the provided material, we reserve the right to exclude the client without cause from the tour. In this case, there is no refund of the tour price.
Is there a minimum age for participation as a passenger on the guided tours?
Minimum age of the passenger 12 years.
What is the minimum age for renting a motorcycle?
The minimum age is 35 years for the Sportster Custom 1200, Dyna Street Bob, Heritage Softail and the Electra Glide and 21 years for the guided tours.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:What are the benefits of an online booking?
You can be sure that the motorcycle you want at the desired time is available for you. Online booking can be given preference to date and motorcycle choice. Furthermore, the offers from our website are only valid for online bookings.
Do I have to book online or can I reserve by phone and what are the benefits of online booking?
Yes, you can also book our tours by telephone. Online booking can be given preference to date and motorcycle choice. Furthermore, the offers from our website are only valid for online bookings.
How do I know if the bike is available at the desired time?
Immediately after you submit your online request, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your enquiry. Within 24 hours your request will be processed and answered.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Deposit is considered confirmation. By deposit your booking will be binding.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is € 50, - for tours. For Rent 50% of the rent at least € 50, -.
When is the final payment due?
The balance is due no later than upon collection of the bike.
Can I just pay cash or also with card?
We also accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.
What I need to know for payments from a non-Euro account? (Switzerland, Norway, England,...)
The deposit must be paid in euros, excluding fees deduction.
INSURANCE:Which insurance do the motorcycles have?
The bikes have at least one standard indemnity insurance cover against personal injuries and property damage
deductible of € 1.000,-
Is there a deductible for damages?
Yes, there is an excess of € 1.000,-. This excess is a deposit for rental and will be deducted / charged by us from damages resulting from negligence.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:Do I have to deposit a guarantee for guided tours?
No, on guided tours there is no security deposit required!
When the deposit is retained?
The deposit will be retained partly or completely in the case of: lost keys or accessories, self-inflicted falls and / or accidents, not complying with traffic rules, willful damage, motorcycle not fully fueled on return from rental. Damages caused by gross negligence or under alcoholisation will be fully invoiced!
PETROL: Do the prices for the guided tours include fuel?
Yes, the price for the guided tour includes the fuel.
Are there any other costs on guided tours?
No, the price of the guided tours includes the following: Pick up at hotel, helmet, kidney belt, taxes, insurance, gasoline, typical Canarian lunch (on Teide Tour).
PICK UP:How much is the transfer to/from the hotel?
The pick-up at your Hotel in Costa Adeje (Costa Silencio, hayofa, Los Cristianos, Playa las Americas, San Eugenio, Puerto Colon, La Caleta, Casa del Duque, Fañabe, Torviscas, Playa Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Alcala) is free. In the North (Puerto de la Cruz) on rental of min. 3 days or groups min. 3 Bikes
In which radius will we be picked up at the hotel for free?
In Costa Adeje (Costa Silencio, Chayofa, Los Cristianos, Playa las Americas, San Eugenio, Puerto Colon, La Caleta, Casa del Duque, Fañabe, Torviscas, Playa Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Alcala) free. In the North (Puerto de la Cruz) on rental of min. 3 days or groups min. 3 Bikes. The customer is solely responsible for the timely appearance at the meeting point.
Will I be returned to my hotel after the tour?
RENTAL:Is fuel included in the rent?
No, the motorcycle is provided with a full tank from us and must be returned with a full tank, for refueling € 35,- charged to client
Are all kilometers free in the rent?
Yes, there is no mileage limitation on rental.
Can I take a rented motorcycle on another island?
After consultation, you can also drive the rented motorcycle from Los Cristianos to La Gomera on the ferry. Other islands are not possible without a tour guide for insurance reasons. In case of violation, an expense allowance in the amount of the deposit will be due. In case of failure of the rental vehicle on another island as the island of renting the customer bears the costs for the transfer back to the company base.
OTHERS:What is a typical Canarian lunch?
It is not a typical Canarian lunch without bread served with mojo sauce and aioli, followed by a choice of fresh tomatoes, meat... A lot of delicacies are included in the price of our day tours.

How are your opening times?
We are available Monday to Sunday from 09:30 to 18:30 H by phone. We are "on the road" so we do not have fixed opening times for our base. Appointments by prior arrangement please.
Where is your base?
Our base is located in Chafiras (Calle Casiano Alfonso Hdez, 9, Pol. Ind. Chafiras, 38639 San Miguel de Abona), about 10 minutes from Costa Adeje by vehicle.
How do I get to your base, if I have no car?
We pick up our guests for tours and rentals for free at hotels in Costa Adeje (Costa Silencio, Chayofa, Los Cristianos, Playa las Americas, San Eugenio, Puerto Colon, La Caleta, Casa del Duque, Fañabe, Torviscas, Playa Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Alcala ).
